Instructions

For Gas Grills: Place two large hand-fulls of dry chips on a sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil and fold into a flat pouch. Puncture the top of the pouch in several places and place on cooking grid over heat. Start cooking when the chip pouch starts smoking. Remember – it’s the smoke that delivers the flavor!
